VCF is a boutique manufacturer of premium handmade cigars located in Danli, El Paraíso, Honduras, at the heart of the tobacco growing region and one of the most important places in cigar production worldwide.
We specialize in making private label cigars. VCF can make different sizes of cigars, from cigarillos to up to 60 ring gauge cigars; figurados are also available in different shapes and sizes. The customer can request his own cigar sizes. All our cigars are handmade and manufactured only with natural products.
We manage all the process starting from customizing tobacco blends for each customer's market to providing wooden boxes, cigar bands, health warnings printing and any other specifications requested.
All the cigars produced are handmade with the highest standards ...in cigar construction and with the best quality tobacco. Every cigar produced in our factory goes through a two-year process starting in the fields till it is ready to ship. All cigars pass a four-step quality control to make sure all the cigars have the same standard in all our production.
VCF produced in 2010 more than 1,000,000 premium cigars and cigarillos for our clients worldwide: United States of America, Greece, Cyprus, Poland, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Israel, Jordan, Turkey, Malaysia, South Africa, Japan and People's Republic of China, just to mention.
