The leaf processing factory is equipped with 8 Threshers and 11 Separators in 5 stages, Re-drier and Auto Case Packer, Stem-Classifier and Q.C Laboratory with instruments like Barbender Oven, 16-hour Moisture Oven, Stem Tester, Ro-tap Tester, Nicotine & Sugar Auto Analyzer, De-gradation Shaker etc. Threshing capacity of the plant is 8 Tons / hour.
