We would like to introduce ourselves as NASIR LEAF TOBACCO IND. LTD., one of the tobacco processors and exporters in Bangladesh. We have plantation and procurement points in all tobacco growing areas of the country. We have own leaf processing factory at Kushtia, Bangladesh. Since 2001 we have been in the export market and exporting tobacco to different companies in USA, Europe and Asian countries. The varieties we usually exports are FCV (NC-95, K-326 and Speight G-28), DV (Dark Virginia or Air Cured Virginia), Burley, Rustica etc. in the forms like Threshed, Tipped and Threshed, Butted Tangled Loose Leaf and Hand-stripped tobacco.
The leaf processing factory is equipped with 8 Threshers and 11 Separators in 5 stages, Re-drier and Auto Case Packer, Stem-Classifier ...and Q.C Laboratory with instruments like Barbender Oven, 16-hour Moisture Oven, Stem Tester, Ro-tap Tester, Nicotine & Sugar Auto Analyzer, De-gradation Shaker etc. Threshing capacity of the plant is 8 Tons / hour.
