food and tobacco processing divisions plays one of the key roles in projecting, development assembly, installment, and all processes involved in building food plants and factories based on turn-key principle. these processes involve full financial and engineering consulting and projecting the develop ...ment of full processing lines based on capacities and wishes of the client. itn is official representative of the following companies in area of food processing equipment: jbt food tech, international company with respective branches in parma, italy, st. nicklaas, belgium and madera, california, usa; femia, france (processing equipment for vegetables); key technology, usa (tobacco and food color sorting machines and food processing machines), pattyn packaging lines(bulk packing and dosing of primary processed tobacco) , belgium, mectra, italy (end of line equipment, mainly palletizers, depalletizers, transport systems, shrink wrapping machines), tmg, italy (packing equipment, handling of already packed products to the final transport packaging), key technology, netherlands (full conveying vibratory systems, processing equipment and color and laser sorting machines), de santis (machines for labeling and cartoning). apart from this, our food processing division is involved in our own production of ancillary parts and equipment for connecting various machines and forming full processing lines on turn-key basis. this is involving elevators, conveyors, receiving hoppers, bins and similar equipment. all projects are developed in our own projecting studio with full support for projecting and developing new food lines and single machines.
in tobacco industry our key aspect is to improve primary process in meanings of implementing new technologies in area of sorting and bulk packing of mixes and primary processed tobacco. with this activity we are covering the area of ex-yugoslavia, bulgaria and moldova. Read more
