PLANT
GREEN LEAF has imported Plant and Machinery from USA for processing of tobacco. GREEN LEAF has also constructed new warehouses for more storage space. The Unit has been established and created Threshing facility at Guntur to provide the service to the various Exporters and foreign buyers by making intermediary processing before the Tobacco goes for cigarette manufacturing. This process will enhance the self-life of the Tobacco and will get more maturity before fed to manufacturing. For the last two decades, the Company is working on the job work basis by providing threshing services.
The Company is proud of its origins with a mission to bring the best of technologies and the most advanced machinery within reach of the Indian Tobacco Industry. It maintains optimum level of technical excellence to add distinctive value to the 'golden cash crop'. The modern threshing facility caters to the full-fledged requirements of the foreign buyers as well as the needs of domestic manufacturers and other exporters of tobacco.
STORAGE FACILITY
Sprawling over 5 hectares, the Unit constitutes 2,50,000 Sq. ft. of all-weather godowns, installed Threshing Plant of Cardwell Make, imported from USA, equipped with
Fish Bourne Make Automatic press with a Redrying Machine in addition to one Stem Packing Machine with 5000/6000 Kgs/hr Threshing Capacity of Export Quality and 8000 Kgs/hr for domestic. Perfection of the product to reach up to the standards of the discerning clientele, calls for facilities that protect the inputs right from the stage of procuring to the point of delivery. The storage facilities at the Redrying factories at Guntur constitute 40,000 Cartons / 75,000 Bales. In addition to this, many tobacco handling centers, in and around Tobacco growing areas and a strong work force enhance the productivity remarkably.
