Baran Ambalaj was established in 1979 and since has been known to be a reliable packaging partner to its customers. With its 15.000 m2 production plant, Baran Ambalaj is currently doing production with the following;
- 4 Flexo Printers ( Winmoller Holscher & Bobst Schiavi - upto 8 colors / 1250 mm print width )
- 1 Rotogravure Printer ( upto 9 colors, 1500 mm web, 600 mt/min speed, Laquear & Cold Seal application )
- 2 Lamination Machines ( Solvent Based & solvent Free - laminate upto 4 layers )
- 5 Slitter / Rewinders
- 9 bag producing machines
- PE Producing factory ( 3 wide web coex extruders )
- Inhouse Graphics Department
- Inhouse Ink Dispensing unit
- Full Lab analysis (in accordence with ASTM standarts)
Baran Ambalaj is consider ...ed one of the biggest Paper Bag ( SOS ) manufacturers in Turkey with capacity well over 250.000.000 pcs / annum.
Baran Ambalaj has been doing production under BRC Accreditation since 2006. Having close relationships with both local and International paper producers and having the two biggest cylinder & plate producers within the same industrial park, Baran Ambalaj has a unique integrated system which provides best possible quality with considerable cost saving prices.
